Nidacon PureSperm Wash
PureSpermŽ Wash is a sterile isotonic salt solution. It is optimised for washing the sperm pellet recovered from PureSpermŽ density gradient for the separation and purification of human sperm. PureSpermŽ Wash removes any particles of colloidal silica which may be present in the sperm pellet after centrifugation.

PureSpermŽ Wash is a balanced salt solution containing EDTA and human serum albumin. PureSpermŽ Wash is designed specifically for washing the sperm pellet obtained from a PureSpermŽ gradients.
Previously there was no specific washing solution available to wash the sperm pellet after purification on a PureSpermŽ gradient.
We now offer a balanced salt solution which has been specifically formulated for this purpose. Our customers can choose an integrated approach to sperm preparation, by using products which have been optimized to match each other and fit the specific needs of the sperm.
